Vineyards

The vineyards are on a hillside, at an altitude that varies between 300 and 500 meters above sea-level. The soil is prevalently clay-limestone with a high proportion of rock and stone.

Vinification and Ageing

After a short maceration the must is fermented at a low temperature for about a week, followed by a refinement in steel container.
